Hey, thank you for sharing. I feel so seen and understood. I alway struggles with styling my body bc of proportions and my fat distribution. The only advice I got? "Lose weight" yeah bc it's just soooooo easy with undiagnosed issuses and decades of bullying due to my body not fitting made up standards /s With amazing people like you sharing healthy and practical advice I feel empowered to actually improve and take care of my body and mind!

Love your videos, been following for years! So for the oil stains, use dish soap preferably dawn, saturate the stain in the soap then wash the clothes as you normally would the next day. If the clothing is white you can add some water and the rub it so it’s not just blue soap sitting on your whites if that makes sense. But you can try with the dish soap you have at home before buying dawn.

Put Lestoil on your oil stains! Seems counterintuitive because the product itself is kind of oily but it works 100%. Does have a strong smell so be warned

I have very broad shoulders and I learned to love them. All my t-shirts are like the one you have on the thumbnail and you are supposed to avoid. 😂 The most annoying thing about acceptance is people… started to comment on it. The audacity. Especially with the recent trend in social media of women working out and bulking people think you want attention and that’s why you constantly hit the gym (I barely exercise. I just don’t like it.) Old me would love to see this video. I’m very happy I’m past that phase. Regardless I love that there is spotlight on all the broad shoulder girls. Thank you. ❤

Oil stains on my clothes and ticks are the bane of my existence. Love the Shaina Mote dress and your other outfits. I use Folex and for most stains.

Zote (pink Latino soap) gets oil out of anything. Hand wash!

Dish soap for oil stains on your clothes - I use Dawn Powerwash specifically but just put it on for a bit, scrub, and wash as normal. Good luck!

For oil stains: put some baby powder (talco) on the stain an live it for a some time (i always put the powder on a let it sit in the laundry bag for a few days until i do laundry) the just wash it normally. Baby powder will absorb the oil

Tip for the oil stains is to pre treat the stain before tossing in the hamper or washer. i like to I use dawn dish soap and I just rub that in on the spots with grease. Then follow up with a couple sprays of oxiygen peroxide and let that set until wash day or wash the next day. Works each and every time for me.

I use Dawn Platinum dish soap to remove oil stains.

For oil stains, try putting a little of your liquid clothing detergent on the area and rub some salt into it. Let it sit for a little bit while you live life lol. Throw it in the washing machine at your leisure. It works for me! Just remember to use your clothing detergent. I used dawn once absentmindedly and it bleached my shirt. On the plus side, now I know that I can use dawn for getting stains out of white clothing haha. Hope it works for you :)
